This notice covers the company website at skollab.com. It is written in plain language so you can see what we hold, why, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion.

What this site collects
When you write to us
If you email us or send the contact form, we receive the name, work email, message, and any products you marked as of interest. We use that to reply. We do not add you to a marketing list from that form. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person (not a bot) submitted it. Cloudflare sees the usual request data for that check; we do not use it for advertising.
When you load a page
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process the usual request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps, the URL you asked for) to serve the page and protect the host. We do not run our own analytics tag, advertising pixel, or session recorder on skollab.com.
Cookies
skollab.com does not set a marketing cookie. Cloudflare may set cookies that are needed to run the host or a bot check. Product sites (Modovisa, Tagnovo, LawKodi, My Bookmarky) set their own cookies under their own notices.
Who sees it
- Skollab staff, so we can answer you.
- Cloudflare, as the host and DNS for this site.
- The mail provider that delivers messages to [email protected].
We do not sell personal data. We do not share a contact-form message for advertising.
How long it stays
Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to finish the conversation and for a reasonable follow-up, then deleted or reduced to what we still have a reason to hold (for example a billing or legal record, if one exists). Host logs follow Cloudflare’s retention for the plan this site runs on.
Your requests
Write to [email protected] if you want a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or a deletion. Say which address you used. Product-account requests (workspaces, scans, analytics) go to the product’s own contact, not this inbox.
Children
This site is for people who run or look after digital products. It is not directed at children.
Changes
A material change gets a new date at the top of this page.
